BOSTON UNITED SUPPORTERS ASSOCIATION – UNITED FOR OUR CLUB
This year you will need to be a member of The Boston United Supporters Association to travel on our Away Coaches.
The cost of membership is £10 for Adults, £5 for Young Adults (13-21) and £2 for Junior Pilgrims.

1 Departure time varies depending on the length of trip. Please check this on the Events page. All coaches are planned to reach the venue between 60 and 30 minutes before kick off and leave within half an hour of final whistle. Earlier arrival times at some venues may be considered depending upon demand.
2 Coaches depart from behind the North Stand of the Jakemans Community Stadium. Please park in the green car park as this where the coach will pick up and drop off.
3 Please allow coach organiser to board coach first with equipment. Please queue ready for organiser to book you onto the coach in an orderly fashion.
4 We offer pick ups from specific locations in Sleaford, Newark and Peterborough, depending on the location of the fixture. Please contact Jan for more details regarding this.
5 Cost of seats to all League games for the 2026/2027 season is still only £15 each. Prices for other games to be announced depending upon cost and demand. There may be a small extra charge for any early departures (to be announced).
6 No reserving of seats. All seats to be paid for in advance, no seat is booked until it has been paid for.
7 No concessions, all seats are same price for all members (including children).
8 We will need to check you are a member so please bring your membership card with you.
9 Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times, as per advice from Lincolnshire Police.
10 In case of passenger cancellations, no refunds will be given after 6 p.m. 7 days before the game, e.g. Saturday game cut off 6 p.m. Saturday before, Tuesday game cut off 6 p.m. Tuesday before. You can transfer your seat to someone else but please let us know name so we can check they are a member, obtain their emergency contact details and add to our travel list.
11 No refunds if the game is postponed after the coach has already departed.
12 Refunds will be made if the game is postponed and rescheduled due to adverse weather etc. prior to coach departing. Alternatively, we will transfer your booking to the rescheduled date.
13 Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis. A decision will be made on extra coaches once the initial coach(es) is full. A waiting list will be held in these instances.
14 Please contact us if you have particular seat requirements so we can ensure your safety and reserve a suitable seat if necessary.
15 The Association reserves the right to not put on extra coaches if demand is not sufficient. In which case you will receive a full refund or be able to book a seat on another date.

17 In the interests of passenger safety, the Association reserve the right to prevent any passenger boarding the coach if under the influence of alcohol or drugs or acting in an antisocial manner.
18 Any individual currently banned or suspended by Boston United Football Club or any other football related organisation, will not be permitted to travel on our coaches.
19 The Association do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
20 The Association will endeavour to keep all passengers safe on their journey but do not accept liability for any personal injuries sustained while travelling or at any time during the trip.
21 Hot drinks will not be served on the coaches but passengers are welcome to bring their own refreshments including hot flasks, at their own risk.
22 The Association aim to treat all passengers on all coaches equally, for example value and number of prizes when running multiple coaches.
23 Our coach organiser will remind all passengers prior to departure that they are advised to wear a seatbelt at all times when the coach is in motion.
